First time here. It was recommended by my coworker and its great service and food!! Must try place if your around concord.

Every time we come to Digger’s Diner in Concord, Joe delivers outstanding customer service. He always goes above and beyond to make sure our experience is top-notch; from remembering small details about our order to checking in with genuine care. You can tell he takes pride in what he does, and it makes a huge difference. Joe is the kind of employee that keeps customers coming back. His positive attitude, professionalism, and consistency deserve recognition. Digger’s Diner is already a great spot, but Joe takes it to the next level. Management, if you are reading this; Joe definitely deserves a raise for the way he represents your diner! Highly recommend this place, not only for the food, but because of people like Joe who make it feel welcoming every single time.

The food is always incredible. The service is always friendly. Great atmosphere when you just want to get away and enjoy good tasting diner food with friends and family. I got nothing bad to say about this place. A good friend of mine brought me here years ago and I'm just happy Diggers Diner is still there. It always brings back good memories from the first bite. A fully loaded omelet with fresh veggies and a generous drizzle of ketchup, served alongside a heap of hash browns and grilled bread that was grilled to perfection. Every bite was better than the last. The portions are generous, the prices are fair, and the flavor is consistently fantastic. I had the special Pigs in a blanket stater, bacon cheese burger and totes. Started was crispy on the outside and juicy and hot on the inside. I’m not a mustard kind of guy, but I dipped them in ketchup. Next the tots were so crispy and so good also had them with ketchup. Burger came out nice and hot with once again such crispy bacon and everything just hit right.

Absolutely one of the best dining experiences! The food is top quality, and you can truly taste the care and skill of an excellent cook behind every dish. Breakfast was cooked to perfection—fresh, flavorful, and exactly how I like it. What really sets this place apart, though, is the warm, family-friendly atmosphere that’s becoming harder to find in so many other restaurants these days. The staff are incredibly friendly, welcoming you like a regular even on your first visit. It was a pleasure to meet one of the founders. He even stopped to ask my opinion on my food. It’s clear that this is a place run with pride, heart, and attention to detail. A true gem!

TL;DR: Old school diner with a owner that is very involved with the day-to-day operations. Even as an introvert, I love the vibes in this place. It's busy, the kitchen is open so you hear all the staff talking, and the owner is constantly doing the rounds. (This recent visit he was doing what we call "Drive by Dad Jokes"; he'll sidle up to your table, tell you a joke, then bolt while you're still laughing. It's fun to watch) Food is always solid, staff seem happy, and I've never seen the place empty. If we're ever in the mood for a sit-down breakfast, this is always the first on the list.
